Snake bite piercings question?

Im thinking about getting snake bites but unfortunately my job will not allow me to have facial piercings. I only work 1 day a week and was wondering how long I will need them in till i can take them out for my work shift, I only work sundays. So if I get them after work will I be able to take them out on the next sunday or will I need them in longer? If so how much longer?
