My badger care is going to be cut off... what can i do now?

i have been on badger care plus for a few months and now they are threatening to cut me off because i will be 19 next month, i can't be without insurance, i have medication i have to take everyday and refill every month, i take antidepressants and ferrous sulfate which is iron, and i have counseling i have to go to, i am 18, unemployed and i don't have a vehicle, is there anything else i would qualify for? i live in chippewa falls wisconsin if that helps any. thanks for reading and answering.
