Wedding ceremony venue in Eau Claire Wisconsin?

I do not want to get married in a church. I would like to get married outside but would like the option of a rain backup. I am looking for a ceremony site in the Eau Claire, Altoona, Chippewa Falls area and the surrounding towns (Fall Creek, Menomonee, even south toward Mondovi, Osseo or Agusta). I am open to something unique and different. And before you suggest it, I have looked at Florian Gardens and Fanny Hill. Is there a botanical gardens or something unique, rustic, romantic, in the area that I don't know about?? Help!
