How bad does my tounge swell if i get my snake eyes ?

I really also want my snake eyes nd i dont really care about the needle goinh tru my tounge all i care about is the after care nd how big my tounge will get , like how bad the swollenness will get nd would it hurrtt? How long would It be swollen ? wat do I do if it gets swollen ? Nd wen it's swollen how would it feel like how the pain feels ?
