What indian tribe will take a mixed low blood quantum?

My daughter is part Little Shell Chippewa (non federally recognized), but not enough to be enrolled. Her father was enrolled. We recently found out that she is also a descendant of the White Earth Ojibwe in MN. I am trying to get her into a tribe, but am having trouble finding one that will take her. Anybody know who would?
