Scared of junior high help!!?

i'm going into grade 7 at chippewa secondary in North Bay i've lived here all my life and i heard that chippewa has locker rooms and showers and i'm scared that i have to change in front of everyone cause i don't have the most perfect body and i was also wondering do we HAVE HAVE to take showers? and what do the showers and locker rooms look like? will they force me?
